With a mission to expand the collective consciousness of her community, Leslie Jespersen brought together her unique blend of skills as an event producer and marketer to create experiences for women that elevate our frequency and make a lifelong impact

Coming from generations of entrepreneurs before her, Leslie founded her media company in 2016, as well as working as a media personality on radio, television, and podcast.
Leslie has survived natural disaster, divorce, and infidelity and rebuilt herself from a burnt-out single mom social media manager to an intuitive business alchemist, a visibility sorceress, and a globally recognized speaker, coach, and mentor.. After working with her, her clients go from analysis paralysis and a fear of being seen to achieving a 100% success rate in creating their own brands.
In 2023, she joined Shelby St. Clair as a venture partner for the nationwide social networking and mastermind community, Brunch with Babes™.

There's a reason she's racked up a half dozen Atlantic City Nightlife Awards, earned an Images and Voices of Hope fellowship, was an official selection of the governor's North 2 Shore Festival, and a Stories of Atlantic City fellow. This "word warrior" is on a mission to help others laugh and find their own voice along the way.

Stephanie A. Davies, also known as, Bashira Khan With over 30 years of experience in non-traditional careers such as plumbing, boiler operation, HVAC and other trades. Currently serving as a Facilities Supervisor at Atlantic Cape Community College, she has a wealth of expertise. Owner of “Saving is Sexy LLC” Financial Literacy Program Bashira is a former member of the Atlantic City Board of Education, currently chairing the Atlantic County Advisory Commission of Women, and serving a five-year term on the Atlantic City Municipal Utility Authority. Known for advocating women's entrepreneurship and raising awareness about prevalent mental health issues in her community, she emphasizes the moral obligation to be actively present, driven by a commitment to her daughters and a refusal to be complicit.

The Venue
The 220 seat Gateway Playhouse was built around 1910 and initially used as a warehouse. Around 1920, the building was converted and used as a silent movie house until 1927 when the first talking film, The Jazz Singer, was released. When "Talkies" came into fashion, the building was leased by the Shriver Theatre Company, and became known as the Seaside Theater. In 1957 Prudential purchased the old Gateway Casino, originally located at the foot of the bridge to Ocean City (Rt. 52), to utilize for office space. The Gateway Casino was then forced to relocate operations, and so moved into the present location at Bay and Higbee Avenues.
