I’ve been getting paid to perform since I was 9 years old, and my career has taken me from acting and modeling to radio, television, live production, New York Fashion Week, talent management, speaker development, and working behind the scenes with talent connected to major networks and brands.Now I use everything I learned on both sides of the curtain to develop people whose careers are getting bigger.

I thought all the random jobs, pivots, productions, stages, radio shows, clients, casting calls, and strange career detours meant I couldn’t pick a lane.
Turns out, they were the lane.
Every chapter taught me something different about performance, people, visibility, production, positioning, reputation, and what actually happens once someone hands you the microphone.
Eventually I realized I wasn’t supposed to choose between all of it.
I was supposed to build the thing that required all of it.
